Here is the 3rd Paulovnia board (#127, #128), this time I’ve crossed bread the first tests with my usual building process. The shaped blank gets glassed rails and then 2mm Paulovnia wood skins are vacuumed on it with respectively 200g and 130g fiberglass, under skin, on deck and bottom. The board is then fully sanded and gets a first layer of epoxy resin with thinner and a second without. Set fins and leash plugs, final sanding and here she is! Ready for my Love to ride it as her new board.
