The Comet has been designed for and with Geng as his first own board.

He wanted something challenging, not to big to be able to travel with and he loved Gerry Lopez's lines in Uluwatu in the 70s... So we tried to have long lines on the rails, a pretty wide section for an easy paddle but more rocker than an Uluwatu board.

Unlike most Elleciel boards which uses balsa wood, this board use ash wood veneer (0.5mm) as skins.
